NParks Maven II (AVS)

This was one of the biggest projects of TeBS, whereby the requirement was to re-engineer and automate the outdated Maven systems.

4 business process workflows were developed, namely, business processes in Regulatory for Licensing and Permit, business processes for Animals and Wildlife in the Community, business processes for Biosurveillance, and business processes for Laboratory and Facilities.

My primary contribution centered on the development of the E-Services platform, enabling public access for license applications and registrations. Additionally, I played a crucial role in designing the mobile app inspection process, empowering NParks field inspectors to efficiently manage and track their daily activities.

I also took part in the business requirements gathering and focus group discussions, I was able to understand the user pain points of other challenges. So I sync up with my team internally and discuss some strategies for a design concept. Did some research analysis, and also leveraged some similar projects in the past. It helped me to visualize the different personas and user journeys for a better solution. After a few design iterations, I then proceeded to create the prototypes for further evaluation and approval.
