Tokio Marine Singapore engaged my company, TeBS, to help revamp their outdated intranet portal and have a tech refresh to modernize the current technology.

I was then tasked to improve the user experience of the pages and improve their usability and number of clicks. Make the design intuitive and user-friendly. Come up with unique ideas to engage more users from the company to use it regularly.

After gathering all the important information and understanding from the PM and BAs all the challenges and pain points experienced by the users, I managed to do up several page designs to address the user problems.

Also helped improve the onboarding and login registration experience with an easy-to-follow step-by-step process.

I worked closely with the BA to immediately create the needed designs and share with the developers for integration and development.
