Singtel Intranet and Booking System Mgmt.

This was a revamp project of the current Singtel - FIC partner intranet and booking systems. TeBS was commissioned to do the tech refresh and re-engineering of the outdated system using technologies from Microsoft SharePoint and the PowerApps platform.

I was involved in the business requirements gathering, FGDs, and a few workshops with the client to get their desired outcome. I was also able to interview the key users and the admin manager of the site to understand their challenges and pain points, which they've encountered using the current system.

After gathering all the essential information, I was able to visualise their desired UI and came up with some concepts. Shared with the client the clickable prototypes, and with a few revisions, I was able to get the design sign-off.

The client was quite happy with the fast turnaround of design and amendments that they told our PM via email to extend their heartfelt appreciation towards me.
