The objective of the project was to provide a better and improved intranet platform for staff to manage records and documents and to collaborate with their peers. 

The system will provide an e-submission workflow to facilitate processing and approval as well as a depository of approved submissions. The system will also be the depository for records/documents to be maintained by Tote Board.

The new Intranet will be:

• Flexible to meet Tote Board’s evolving business requirements.

• In compliance with Tote Board technology architecture and standards.

I was involved in some focus group discussions with the stakeholders to understand the challenges and pain points they encountered from the current intranet system. After gathering some important information directly from the users and content owners, I was able to conceptualize an improved UI designs which is more intuitive and user-friendly.
