This was an internal mobile app project from SembWaste (Subsidiary of Sembcorp Industries) which aimed to digitize their previous manual process operation to a more systematic digital integration approach. It's mainly for their waste collections from drivers to operating managers, to have a more efficient task management and monitoring system.

Through the mobile application, drivers are able to receive their daily tasks with a guided step-by-step process of the assignment. There is also a GPS map locator to conveniently locate the place to service the waste collection. Apart from it, the drivers can take photos of the collected waste and attached it to the app. They can then sign digitally once they have finished the task.

After, they can then proceed to the place where they weigh the collected waste and get the e-ticket of the job's done.

Through the e-ticket system, the Operations Managers (OM) can then see the details of the finished assignment.
